The Gateway included several complexities that added to a dynamic delivery. The project ownership included a bank, a law firm and a contractor...as the project was nearing 65% design completion it was requested that a fast-track construction schedule be implemented to get ahead of escalating material costs, especially steel. The ARC Team along with Albertson Engineering were able to accelerate the structural design allowing the steel to be ordered prior to a 6 figure price increase...a little overtime pays dividends!
