ARC International has designed several facilities on the SD DOT Rapid City Campus on Eglin Street. In 2015, ARC designed the SD Highway Patrol West River Headquarters that facilitates Highway Patrol administration, training and reporting center. The Highway Patrol project also included a Motorcycle Training and Safety course. In 2014, ARC designed a SD DOT special maintenance facility for Bridge Repair and highway markings. The facility included crew offices, shop area and spaces for staging specialized vehicular equipment.

ARC International was also integrally involved in the development and design of the 4-story / 100,000 square foot office building. The final deliverable included programming/design/procurement of over $1.2 million of furniture/fixtures/equipment for the new facility.
