ARC International worked with the Rapid City Diocese to plan, design and integrate the multi-owner project at the existing 160,000 square foot former St. Martin's Monastery campus.

This collaboration resulted in a campus-wide design of a facility that took into account the interests and needs of both groups. The Master Plan included space for a spiritual retreat center, a K-5 elementary school and Diocesan offices. This cooperation evolved into a unique relationship that benefits all owners/users and allows for exciting future growth and development opportunities.

The Terra Sancta retreat center is a 17,400 square foot facility containing 24 family suites with two beds each, two meditation courtyards, a retreat chapel, a religious library, a large meeting room and several smaller conference rooms to accommodate a variety of events.

ARC International was also integrally involved in the development and design of the 4-story / 100,000 square foot office building. The final deliverable included programming/design/procurement of over $1.2 million of furniture/fixtures/equipment for the new facility.
